After meeting you (face-to-face or virtual) to fully understand and capture your requirements - including working with you on shaping them - we will then manage all aspects involved in the search, liase with Estate Agents, search the market, personally view properties and only then will create a short list of properties for you. I will then organise viewings and will attend all viewings with you. If you live abroad or are unable to attend viewings in-person then I will take more detailed footage for your consideration. Once your ideal property has been found, I will combine data (eg Land Registry) with our local knowledge to negotiate the right purchase price and terms on your behalf.

After an offer price and terms are agreed we will oversee the time-consuming next steps of actually buying the property and will work with the surveyors, solicitors and brokers. We will even meet up with your builders and architects if you wish. Last but not least, we will ensure that as the big day draws closer that we are on-hand with any help or advice that you need right through to completion.
